Expanded nTreg, Donor 2 from Creative Biolabs

These Tregs are obtained by in vitro expansion of Treg isolated directly from the blood. The expanded nTreg shows a classical regulatory T cell phenotype, suce as CD4 +, CD25hi and CD127. These nTregs also have the ability to inhibit T cell proliferation in vitro
