Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease with no known cause or cure. SLE is difficult to diagnose, but is characterized by the presence of antibodies against DNA and nuclear antigens. We provide cells from SLE donors to study this immune system disease
