Mobilized PBMC, Donor 382 from Creative Biolabs

The donor received 3 doses of G-CSF prior to collection of the cells. Dosage was 10 micrograms per kg per day. The plots above show staining of PBMC. Note the elevated percentage of CD34+ cells in the plot at lower right
