Description
The drug resistant cell line EMT6/AR10.0 was derived from the mouse mammary tumour cell line EMT6/P by continuous growth in increasing concentrations of doxorubicin. It was reported to show reduced intracellular drug accumulation and hyperexpression of P-glycoprotein. It is recommended to culture the cells without drug after resuscitation until the first passage
