NH15-CA2 is a hybrid cell line formed by the fusion of N115-BU-8 (a bromodeoxyuridine-resistant mutant of N1E-115 and 108CC15 (itself a mouse neuroblastoma N18TG2 x rat glioma C6-BU-1 hybrid line). This “hybrid-hybrid” line contains both cholinergic and adrenergic enzyme activities
