Human Conjunctival Epithelial Cells (HConEC) from Creative Bioarray are isolated from human conjunctiva. HConEC are cryopreserved from passage one culture. Each vial contains >5 x 10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. HConEC are characterized by their cobble stone morphology in serum-free culture and immunofluorescent method with antibody to CK-18 and -19. HConEC are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HConEC are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings at the condition provided by Creative Bioarray
