StemExpress human mobilized peripheral blood leukopaks are collected using the Spectra Optia® Apheresis System from healthy IRB consented donors that are negative for HIV, HBV and HCV. Mobilized peripheral blood leukopaks are isolated from donors that are injected with Granulocyte-Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF), which stimulates the bone marrow to produce hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and releases these cells into the bloodstream. Leukopak is collected on day 5-post injection.
