Description
StemExpress human peripheral blood leukopaks contain enriched mononuclear cells with minimal granulocytes and red blood cells. Leukopaks are collected using the Spectra Optia® Apheresis System from healthy IRB consented donors that are negative for HIV, HBV and HCV. Full leukopaks contain approximately 10 billion total nucleated cells (TNCs) in ACD-A anticoagulant.
