NFAT5 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein nuclear factor of activated T cells 5, which is encoded by the NFAT5 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cytokine-mediated signaling pathways and DNA damage pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1531 residues and a mass of 165.8 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is found to be widely expressed, with highest levels in skeletal muscle, brain, heart and peripheral blood leukocytes. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include NFATZ, OREBP, TONEBP, NFAT-like protein 1, T-cell transcription factor NFAT5, and NFATL1.
There are NFAT5 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
