The following Gasdermin D ELISA kits are useful research tools for the measurement of gasdermin D in biological samples. In humans this protein is encoded by the GSDMD gene. This protein has been described to function in inflammatory response pathways and innate immune responses. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 484 residues, a mass of 52.8 kDa, and is a member of the Gasdermin protein family. Its subcellular location is known to be in the cytoplasm. In addition, it is reported to be expressed in the suprabasal cells of esophagus, as well as in the isthmus/neck, pit, and gland of the stomach, suggesting preferential expression in differentiating cells. In certain instances, it is also post-translationally ubiquitinated and cleaved. This protein may also be known as gasdermin domain containing 1 and gasdermin domain-containing protein 1.
Some gasdermin D ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 39.06 pg/mL and as high as 300 ng/mL. Use the search filters to narrow your search and click on the ELISA kits below for more detailed information, such as reactivity and assay sensitivity.
