GLOD4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein glyoxalase domain containing 4, which is encoded by the GLOD4 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 313 residues, a mass of 34.8 kDa, and is a member of the Glyoxalase I protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria and is found to be expressed in heart, brain, liver, kidney, pancreas and placenta. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include CGI-150, HC6, HC71, glyoxalase domain-containing protein 4, and C17orf25.
Some GLOD4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.312 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
