EBI3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein Epstein-Barr virus induced 3, which is encoded by the EBI3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to associate with IL27 to form the IL-27 interleukin, a heterodimeric cytokine which functions in innate immunity. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 229 residues, a mass of 25.4 kDa, and is a member of the Type I cytokine receptor protein family. It is known to be secreted. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include IL27B, IL35B, interleukin-27 subunit beta, EBV-induced gene 3 protein, Epstein-Barr virus induced gene 3, and IL-27B.
Some EBI3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.5 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
