These Alix ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Alix in biological samples. Alix is an alias of the human PDCD6IP gene, which encodes the protein, programmed cell death 6 interacting protein. Notably, Alix is known to play a role in the apoptotic pathway and cell division, among other functions. The PDCD6IP protein is 868 amino acid residues in length and 96 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 3 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. This protein is known to be phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include AIP1 and DRIP4.
Some Alix ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 47 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
