These SLP76 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of SLP76 in biological samples. SLP76 is an alias of the human LCP2 gene, which encodes the protein, lymphocyte cytosolic protein 2. Notably, SLP76 is known to play a role in immune response pathways and intracellular signal transduction, among other functions. The LCP2 protein is described to be 533 amino acid residues in length and 60.2 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be highly expressed in spleen, thymus and peripheral blood leukocytes. This protein is known to be phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include IMD81 and SLP-76. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
