EPHA10 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein EPH receptor A10, which is encoded by the EPHA10 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for members of the ephrin-A family. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1008 residues, a mass of 109.7 kDa, and is a member of the Tyr protein kinase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is secreted and is reported to be mainly expressed in testis. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include ephrin type-A receptor 10 and EphA10s protein.
The detection range for different EPHA10 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 10 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
