Anti-PDIK1L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein PDLIM1 interacting kinase 1 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 341 amino acid residues and a mass of 38.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is reported to be expressed in the liver, kidney, pancreas, spleen, thymus and prostate. A member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family, PDIK1L is known to be involved with protein phosphorylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include serine/threonine-protein kinase PDIK1L and casein kinase. PDIK1L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the PDIK1L antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
