Anti-TMEM132B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 132B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1078 amino acid residues and a mass of 119.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the TMEM132 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. TMEM132B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and bovine species. These TMEM132B antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
