Anti-YRRM2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target YRRM2 is a known alias name of the protein RNA binding motif protein Y-linked family 1 member A1, encoded by the RBMY1A1 gene in humans. This 496-amino acid residue protein is a reported RNA-binding protein involved in pre-mRNA splicing. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to have testis-specific expression.
