Anti-Tryx2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Tryx2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PRSS37 gene, which encodes serine protease 37. This protein is known to function in cell migration and proteolysis, among other biological roles. The human version of Tryx2 has a canonical amino acid length of 235 residues and a protein mass of 26.4 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and is secreted of cells and notably expressed in the testis. Tryx2 is a member of the Peptidase S1 protein family.
