Anti-CRISP11 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CRISP11 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CRISPLD2 gene, which encodes cysteine rich secretory protein LCCL domain containing 2. This protein is known to function in extracellular matrix organization and lung development, among other biological roles. The human version of CRISP11 has a canonical amino acid length of 497 residues and a protein mass of 55.9 kilodaltons, although 5 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be a secreted protein that is widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as CRISP-11.
