Anti-Dapit antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Dapit is a known alias name of the protein ATP synthase membrane subunit k, encoded by the ATP5MK gene in humans. This protein has a canonical amino acid length of 58 residues and a mass of 6.5 kDa. It is localized to the mitochondria of the cell.
