Anti-PAC3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PAC3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PSMG3 gene, which encodes proteasome assembly chaperone 3. This protein is reported to be a chaperone protein, which promotes assembly of the 20S proteasome. The human version of PAC3 has a canonical amino acid length of 122 residues and a protein mass of 13.1 kilodaltons. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as hPAC3.
