Anti-NUDE1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NUDE1 is a known alias name of the protein nudE neurodevelopment protein 1, encoded by the NDE1 gene in humans. This 335-amino acid residue protein is known to be required for centrosome duplication and formation and function of the mitotic spindle. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in the neuroepithelium throughout the developing brain, including the cerebral cortex and cerebellum. Other synonyms for NUDE1 include HOM-TES-87, LIS4, and MHAC. Indicated applications for NUDE1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
