Anti-ALG10 alpha-1,2-glucosyltransferase antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the ALG10 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 473 amino acid residues and a mass of 55.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the ER. It is a member of the ALG10 glucosyltransferase protein family. Other names for this target antigen include alpha-1,2-glucosyltransferase ALG10-A, alpha-2-glucosyltransferase ALG10-A, alpha2-glucosyltransferase, and dol-P-Glc:Glc(2)Man(9)GlcNAc(2)-PP-Dol alpha-1,2-glucosyltransferase. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse and rat species.
