Anti-MCTS1 Antibody Products

Anti-MCTS1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein MCTS1 re-initiation and release factor. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 181 amino acid residues and a mass of 20.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. A member of the MCTS1 protein family, MCTS1 is a reported anti-oncogene that plays a role in cell cycle regulation; decreases cell doubling time and anchorage-dependent growth; shortens the duration of G1 transit time and G1/S transition. Synonyms for this target antigen include MCT1, malignant T-cell-amplified sequence 1, malignant T-cell amplified sequence 1, multiple copies T-cell malignancies, multiple copies in T-cell lymphoma-1, and MCT-1. MCTS1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of MCTS1 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.

  • Recombinant REAfinity™ Antibodies

Recombinant REAfinity™ Antibodies for reproducible flow cytometry results Recombinant antibodies are the next generation of engineered flow cytometry antibodies, and represent the first truly fundamental shift in antibodies since monoclonals were first developed 40 years ago. Recombinant antibodies are derived from a defined set of genes, and the production process is highly standardized. Therefore, these antibodies are consistent in their structure and performance, leading to high experimental...
