Anti-Toll like receptor 2 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene TLR2 in humans. The toll like receptor 2 protein has a reported amino acid length of 784 and an expected mass of 89.8 kDa. The protein may also be known as CD282, Ly105, TIL4, and toll/interleukin-1 receptor-like protein 4. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
