I used this Master Mix for running PCR which contained all the enzymes and reagents needed. I only needed to add primers, a DNA template, and water to this Master Mix for PCR reactions.
Running PCR
Be gentle when mixing it.
This Master Mix already contains DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and Mg++ needed for PCR. I no longer need to add these separate reagents.
