In my study, proteostasis stress resulted in the aggregation of mitochondrial proteins inside cells. To investigate the effect on mitochondrial function, I experimented to test levels of ROS under stress conditions.

I followed the manufacturer's protocol for staining cells and performed flow cytometry. Due to the stress condition, ROS was significantly increased in my treated samples.
