PKC-α is regulated by interacting with in the cell membrane, not direct interaction with specific molecules. These PKCs are involved in cell adhesion, cell transformation, cell cycle checkpoint, and cell volume control. Here we checked the time course effect of PKC alpha expression by chemoattractant.

We performed western blot and detect, analyzed the PKC alpha expression. We found that there is a a time dependent increase of PKC alpha expression by chemoattractant.
