To examine the dsRNA how to affect the expression levels of phosphorylation of TLR3 on tyrosine 759, poly(I:C) Low Molecular Weight was used to treat wild type mouse hepatocytes. The results showed that the expression levels of phosphorylation of TLR3 on tyrosine 759 were increased after administration of poly(I:C) Low Molecular Weight.
