In our study, I checked the time-course effect of Smad2 signal. SMAD is downstream of TGF-ß signaling. Phospho-Smad2 and SMAD are translocated into the nucleus to modulate the transcription of target genes involved in many cell functions. In our experimental study, time-dependent increased p-SMAD2 protein expression but showed not much more of a difference in SMAD2 protein expression.
