Angiotensin II increases blood pressure by a number of factors; the most important examples being vasoconstriction, sympathetic nervous stimulation, increased aldosterone biosynthesis and renal function. Ang II downstream signaling JNK pathway is one of the major signaling cassettes of the MAPK signaling pathway. In our experiment, I tested this antibody for the time-course effect of JNK protein levels in HASMC cells.
