Prepping plasmid DNA from transformed bacteria for cloning experiments

If larger yields are required, running multiple mini preps in parallel can more consistently produce more DNA than a midiprep
Consistently get pure, high (100s of ng/uL) yields when following the protocol as written with no further optimization. Running 3 mini preps in parallel through the same column usually gives a higher yield than a single midi prep at a lower cost.
