There is definitely some titrating needed for the antibody cocktail and beads.

Results Summary

This kit doesn't do a very good job of selecting out all the other cell types and leaving out impure CD4 populations. Other times, we would lose a lot of cells from the isolation and then end up with 80% less cells. Not always consistent isolation.

The Bottom Line

There might be better kits out there but we have been using biolegend for CD4s due to its price compared to other leading brands. This may not be the best but for the most part it does its job.
