Our lab is interested in looking at response of T cells after any type of acute infection. For flow, we would like to look at expression of CD127 to distinguish between differentiated cells or non-differentiated.

Since we are interested in looking at effector and memory T cells, our interest strongly lie on CD127 and KLRG1. By looking at CD127-KLRG1+ populations we can distinguish "memory-like" and "effector-like" cells upon infection.
Once titrated, the antibody works really well each time.
The APC can easily bleed into other channels
This is definitely a must if your lab is interested in looking at IL7 and T cell differentiation.
