Our research is to investigate the role of autophagy in (hPSCs) human pluripotent stem cell-derived cellular platforms, relative to neurodegenerative and infectious diseases. We are focusing on biomedical implications of autophagy in cell type-specific context. We utilized this antibody for IF staining of iPSC-derived neurons and were very satisfied with the results.

1:200 overnight at 4 degrees
