Our research is to investigate the role of autophagy in (hPSCs) human pluripotent stem cell-derived cellular platforms, relative to neurodegenerative and infectious diseases. We are focusing on biomedical implications of autophagy in cell type-specific context. We used this antibody for IF to characterize iPSC-derived neurons and it worked beautifully.
