My general research aim is to investigate the role of autophagy in neurodegenerative and infectious diseases, using stem cells and stem cell-derived human cellular platforms. We have been using this antibody for years in our lab and it is our favorite for running LC3 immunoblots.

Standard dilution we use is 1:1000 overnight at 4 degrees

Results Summary

We generated bands for both LC3A and LC3B with this antibody and therefore were able to monitor LC3A to LC3B conversion.
