This equipment is one of my favourite instruments for sequencing library preparation, in each step required to know the DNA quantity and quality throughout the library preparation, it's pretty accurate in assessing loss of DNA in several library preparation steps. Thus we can prepare an effective and good library for DNA/RNA sequencing. Accurate results during DNA quantification. Loss of DNA can be detected in each step and precaution can be taken to minimize loss during sequencing library preparation.
