The aim of my research is to evaluate effects of novel drugs on Wnt signaling in breast cancer. I wanted to detect whether the drugs affected the STAT3 pathway, and pSTAT3 is an active mediator. The antibody worked better than antibody 9131 from Cell Signaling.

Phospho-STAT3 expression could be readily detected in different human breast cancer cell lines.
Very easy to use
Phospho-STAT3 is easily detected with this antibody. Little to no non-specificity was observed.
