The aim of this experiment was to detect YFP- fluorescence in undifferentiated mouse iPSCs. The cells were aliquoted in a 96 well plate in PBS and the flow cytometer was set to automatically perform and collect data per well. The equipment was highly recommended by colleagues when multiple conditions were present in an experiment.
