Company:

Biolegend

Product Name:

Anti-human CD45RA BV605

Catalog Number:

304133

This is a reliably good anti CD45RA antibody from Biolegend. BV605 is quite bright and may not be necessary for such an abundant marker. I typically use at 1:100, best separation is at 1:50, but 1:200 still gives good signal. Signal is still good after fix/perm if performing this staining before intracellular staining

See two images, one for CD3+CD4+ cells the other is CD3+CD8+ cells. CD45RA shown vs CCR7 for distinguishing T cell subsets. Can see on images that it is very easy to distinguish naive/TEM/TCM/TEMRA cells.
