This kit is used to transform RNA into cDNA. This kit contains a random primer mix and the RT is not already into the buffer. This means one can have true - RT controls. The kit also contains RNase inhibitor to minimize RNA degradation from RNAse.

Mix kit components in a master mix. Add master mix to RNA and add appropriate volume of nuclease free water.
Mix everything well before making the master mix
This kit has been used to make cDNA from RNA. The cDNA work well in downstream applications.

Only random primers. No poly-A.
