Results Summary

Really nice, clean results with minimal background. I found that using a 1:1000 dilution produced a non-specific band near the MW of ASCL-4 (75Kda). However, a 1:2000 dilution cleared it up really well and I am happy with the results so far. Santa Cruz sends a decent quantity of antibody, this should get me through quite a few westerns.
