I wanted to investigate whether the target proteins had any diurnal variations in olfactory bulb tissue and investigated whether these proteins varied between biological replicates and over the course of a day. Here, I wanted a loading control for my immunoblotting experiments using brain tissue. I used this with a LI-COR Odyssey imager with great results.

The antibody worked well at 1:2000 with low background. The band was a singlet at the correct weight. A great antibody that stayed in the refrigerator for over a year with no loss of activity.
