This antibody was used in a study that investigated the role of NKG2D receptor in the regulation of NK cell migration. This work has been published in European Journal of Immunology in 2012 (Serrano-Pertierra et al., Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein (WASp) and N-WASp are involved in the regulation of NK-cell migration upon NKG2D activation. Eur J Immunol 42 (8): 2142-2151. Surface levels of NKG2D were monitorized by flow cytometry in human NK cells, human CD8+ T cells and in the NKL cell line. This antibody gave the best results: no background labelling and very bright signal.
Human NK cells and CD8+ T cells (whole blood and purified). NKL cell line.
