Optimizing electroporation parameters

To ensure that maximum transfection rates are achieved, the electroporation parameters should be optimized for each new cell line. The guidelines listed below for determining the ideal electroporation parameters as simply and as quickly as possible are adapted from Eppendorf®'s Multiporator® Brochure available upon request.
