High-Sensitivity RNA ScreenTape is used for the high-sensitivity analysis of total RNA down to a sensitivity of 100 pg/µL. Includes 7 ScreenTape devices, sufficient for 112 samples. To order with 5067-5580 and 5067-5581.
High-sensitivity RNA ScreenTape analysis provides efficient and reliable separation of total RNA samples of limited abundance down to 100 pg/µL. Compatible with eukaryotic and prokaryotic samples, the assay provides quality, quantity, and sizing information. Objective evaluation of RNA degradation is delivered with an RNA Integrity Number (RIN
e).
Results are obtained quickly, as fast as 2 minutes per sample. Accurate analysis is possible with only 2 µL of sample.
The assay is compatible with all Agilent TapeStation instruments.
