FDCSP ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein follicular dendritic cell secreted protein, which is encoded by the FDCSP gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 85 residues and a mass of 9.7 kDa. It is known to be secreted and is found to be highly expressed in tonsil, lymph node, and trachea; strong expression in prostate; lower expression in thyroid, stomach, and colon. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally O-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include follicular dendritic cell secreted peptide and FDC secreted protein.
Some FDCSP ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 900 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
