NMBR ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein neuromedin B receptor, which is encoded by the NMBR gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for neuromedin-B. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 390 residues, a mass of 43.4 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in epididymis. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include BB1R, BRS1, bombesin receptor 1, epididymis secretory sperm binding protein Li 185a, epididymis tissue protein Li 185a, and BB1.
There are NMBR ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
